2. Execution of 77 high end villas (2,10,000 Sft) as contractor at Visakhapatnam for M/s Shriram Properties as “Project Head” for M/s Weston Solutions in 2011-2012. Project Value : 24 Crore.

3. Execution of 2B+G+19 floors – 10,00,000 Sft (Concepting, Master plan, pre-bid coordination of 28 acres and part execution)– 2 Towers at Hyderabad as “Project Manager” for M/s PBEL as client in 2007-2008 – Project Value: 150 Crore.

4. Execution of B+G+5 floors, 12,00,000 Sft IT space for M/s TCS as “Construction Head” in 2005-2007 on behalf of M/s Tata Consulting Engineers (TCE) at TCS siruseri, Chennai. Project Value: 600 Crore

5. Execution of 2,00,000 Sft of industrial space for M/s DGNP at Visakhapatnam as contractor in 1995-1997 for M/s PLRC. Project Cost: 80 Crore.

MAJOR PROJECTS HANDLED : Infrastructure

1. Execution of 40 KM water supply pipe line works along with restoration of Bitumen roads for Bangalore city as contractor for M/s NCC as “Project Head” in 2010- – Project Value : 357 Crore.

2. Execution of 25 Nos overhead tanks (OHT) across Mysore city as contractor for M/s NCC as “Project Head” in 2009 – Project Value : 77 Crore.

3. Execution of Infrastructure works such as Sewerage, water-supply, CC Roads, Bitumen roads and city drainage works for entire Bikaner city of Rajasthan in 2003-2005 as “Construction Engineer” for M/s TCE.

4. Execution of Diaphragm wall and barrette piling works for M/s DMRC at Delhi in 2002-2003 as contractor. Project Value: 40 Crore.

OTHER SUCCESSFUL PROJECTS COMPLETED BY THE COMPANY

1. Successfully completed 16500 Sft of area of 15 luxury flats within a time period of 14 months under the name and style of “SSS ELITE” at Pothina Mallayya Palem, Visakhapatnam in 2017.

2. Successfully completed 8 residential flats with an area of 7440 Sft at HPCL Layout, PM Palem, Visakhapatnam in 2018.

3. Successfully completed 8 residential flats with an area of 10300 Sft at Alapati Nagar, Sultanabad, Tenali in 2018.
